Strategic and Economic Capacity Building Programme  by ICRIER

Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations [ICRIER] has launched Strategic and Economic Capacity Building Programme [SECP] in order to address the increasing need for capacity building of South Asia¡¯s external policy communities on strategic issues and economic international relations. As a part of this programme, ICRIER proposes to commission eighteen papers for the next three years [six papers annually] on international issues facing India having a bearing on prevention of conflict and promotion of peace and security in Asia and in some selected regions of relevance to India. The papers are to be prepared by South Asian researchers engaged on international issues.
